Fulfillment Policy
This fulfillment policy applies to orders for physical products purchased through the Turbine Logic Website store.
Order Processing and Delivery
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with details once your order is processed.
- Delivery Time: Depending on your location and the shipping option chosen, delivery times may vary. Standard shipping usually takes 5 business days, while expedited options can reduce this time frame. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and Fedex, to ensure timely and safe delivery. All tracking information will be provided to you via email.

Order Changes
You may request changes or modifications within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting us at connect@turbinelogic.com. Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at connect@turbinelogic.com / 678-813-1536 within 8 hours of placing your order. After that time we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds
